Shipping

All items sold through ClassicBeachStore.com are shipped via UPS, and motor freight companies. They do not deliver to P.O. boxes address, so please provide a street address for shipping. A phone number is required for all orders because most of the shipping companies use the phone number to schedule delivery. The shipping service is available for curbside only, for indoor or any other special delivery arrangment please contact us or shipping carrier. Some time they do provide special delivery service for additional charge.

We have free shipping for all our items anywhere in USA mainland. For shipment outside United States mainland e.g. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please contact us for shipping rates.

We will also ship items using Next Day, 2nd Day and Three Day Services for rush order. Please contact us for shipping rate, we will share 20% to 40 % of the shipping cost for rush orders.

Please varify all items properly and if you see any damage notify Classic Beach Store as well as the carrier immediatly (within 48 hours of receipt of goods). To exchange damaged item please take digital picture of damaged area and Email us. It will help us to file a claim with shipping company.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 days money back guarantee on all products sold on ClassicBeachStore.com. Our customers have been happy with quality and design of the products. Our return rate is less than 0.1%. If you do have to return , please call us or email us to get "Return Authorization" before returning any items. We will make arrangment with shipping carrier to pick up merchandise from your location. Please get "Return Authorization" within 30 day of purchase. We will not accept return meachandise bought beyond 30 days. All products must be returned in their original packaging and must be in new condition. In the event of a return, the purchase price of your product will be refunded, less shipping costs. In case of return Please do the following

Pack all merchandise in original box (as you recieve) with all cushioning (packing material) properly.
Contact Clssic Beach Store customer service for return request.
We will make arrangment with our discounted carrier to pick up the mechandise from your location. ( You can also use your own shipping carrier).
Once we recieve the merchandise, our warehouse people will inspect the item for damage, use etc.
Full Credit (minus shipping charge back to us) amount will be mail to you.

Note:- Damaged items cannot be refunded and can be shipped back to you at your expense.

Tax Information

8.25% sales tax will be added for shipment to California. There is no sales tax for shipment going outside of California.

Warranty

Our products are warranted to the original owner for one year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. This allows for replacement of any defective component at no charge within the first 1 year. Depending on the damage or claim, ClassicBeachStore.com will resolve the situation by using one of the following ways.

Send replacement part or hardware
Repair item in our workshop, Hayward, CA.
Replace with new item. The warranty does not cover damages caused by the effects of normal wear and tear, severe weather occurrences, negligence, misuse, and unauthorized repairs.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A Cancellation fee will be applied for orders placed if the following criteria are not met:

Cancellation arrangements must be made by phone or email with a company representative. Cancellations must be made the same day the order was placed, during business hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm PST

CANCELLATION FEE:
VISA / MASTERCARD - 2.5% OF TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE.
AMERICAN EXPRESS / DISCOVER - 3.5% OF TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE.

If you cancle the order after we shipped the merchandise then you will be obligated for the shipment charge to and from your location.
